What is Foundation Training?

Foundation Training is the hottest training concept right now.

It´s all the rage in Hollywood, but who cares about that?
 

What makes Foundation Training so good is that you train all the muscles that are weakened by the modern lifestyle all at once, it´s incredibly hard and equally rewarding.

 

You will feel amazing after each session, really, you will not believe it.

Why did i make this course and who am i?

My name is Sindre Haga Andreassen, I own and manage Verkstedet Klinikk in Oslo. I have 2 beautiful daughters and a lovely partner named Zoe.

Having two young daughters has made me think a lot about how women are percieved and how they are trained by society to view themselves.

 

What i have seen makes me sick. And i´ve fucking had it.

 

So i made a course to support women to step into their power and natural confidence and step out of the detrimental cycle of comparing themselves to media-created images of what beauty is (wich is usually far from beautiful to my eyes) and to discover what real beauty is.

So that they can hopefully be good role-models for my daughters. So, please help me out here ;)

So, why do i think i can do this?

I don´t really. Only you can do this. I can only point you in the right direction and help you empower yourself.

My story

I was very sick for the first 20 years of my life, increasingly so..

I had to figure out what worked and what did not, I have travelled the world to seek knowledge from researchers, doctors, kung-fu masters, spiritual teachers, shamans, coaches and therapists .

 

Through this process i have learned how to take really good care of the human body, how to harness the power of the brain and body.

The destillation of that knowledge is what i intend to transfer to you.

This knowledge is what enables me to help people solve "unsolvable" health and pain challenges at Verkstedet Clinic every day.

 

Questions that will be answered

How do you eat to feel really good? Long term.

How do you train to feel amazing?

How do you move in your daily life to feel empowered and confident?

All of this matters more than most people think in terms of how they experience life, their relationships and themselves.
